The Coalition 411

The Coalition for College application was created in 2015 to streamline the college application process and provide more affordable access to applications for historically underrepresented groups. Currently 140 schools are available on the Coalition Application, and it has become the Common Application’s main competitor. Although the Common Application provides access to over 800 schools, some universities favor Coalition and require it exclusively.
